The return can only be made during the 30 days following the date of confirmation of the purchase order.


All returns must be sent to:

Av. Meritxell, 47, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Andorra.

The return can occur for two reasons:

1) Due to customer withdrawal. In this case, the customer will assume all the shipping costs corresponding to the return (including tariffs, customs fees and the like). The product must always be returned  in perfect condition and in its original packaging; It must not have been opened or tested . Once the product has been received and after verifying that the return has been made correctly, we will proceed to return the purchase amount, always using the same method in which the customer made the payment.

2) Due to an error in the shipment by Naturabella or due to a defect or breakage in the delivered product. In this case, Naturabella will assume the cost of return and forwarding as requested by the customer.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In case of loss, damage or delay of the shipment, the responsibility will be of the transport company and the Terms and Conditions of the transport company will govern.
